Dear Owners,
Today we had the emergency E.G.M and I am very disappointed to have to inform you that Tom Nevin and myself have resigned under great pressure as Vice President and President of El Alarife.
This was due to a minority of owners that cannot live by the rules of the community and have spread terrible lies to other owners.
Tom Nevin and myself only wanted the best for the Community in the most honest manner.
On behalf of Tom Nevin and myself, we would like to thank you for your confidence and support you have shown during the past years.
Your new UNELECTED President is now Roberto Gonzalez, we would have preferred to have kept the same management team, but this became impossible because of the deceitful emails that were sent out to a selection of owners.
I think that we have brought El Alarife to a good stable financial situation and also it has been said by local estate agents that El Alarife has in the past 6 years enjoyed a very good reputation as one of the best managed and maintained communities in the area and it has become a desirable place to be.
We thought everything was going smoothly, but yet again we have the minority that cannot live a peaceful life.
I would have liked to have seen more support from the owners who did not vote and give a big thank you to the ones that did.
